How do I use Store Credit or Gift Card at checkout?Updated a month ago

1️⃣ Store Credit Issued by Customer Support

If customer support manually issued store credit to your account:

• The credit will appear in your account profile when logged in.

• At checkout, you will see a Store Credit option above the credit card payment section.

• Simply select the Store Credit option to apply the available balance to your order.

No code is required for this type of store credit.

2️⃣ Store Credit from a Return (Return Center)

If you selected Store Credit as your refund method when submitting a return:

• You will receive an email containing a store credit code.

• The credit is issued in a format similar to a digital gift card.

• Store credit has no expiration date.

To use this credit:

1. Proceed to checkout

2. Enter the store credit code in the Discount code / Gift card field

3. Click Apply

3️⃣ Gift Cards

If you purchased or received a gift card:

• You will receive a gift card code by email.

• Enter the code in the Discount code / Gift card field at checkout.

• Click Apply to deduct the balance from your order total.

If your order total exceeds the gift card balance, you can pay the remaining amount using another payment method.

Important

• Store credit and gift cards can be used on sale items.

• Store credit and gift cards has no expiration date.

• Store credit and gift cards cannot be converted to cash once issued.
