I didn’t receive an email (Order or Shipping Confirmation)Updated 12 days ago

If you did not receive your order or shipping confirmation email after checkout, please follow these steps:


1️⃣ Check your spam or junk folder

Sometimes confirmation emails may be filtered by your email provider.



2️⃣ Make sure you’re checking the correct email address

In many cases, the issue is related to the email used at checkout.

Some customers may:

  • Check out using Apple ID or Google login, which may use a different email address than expected

  • Have multiple email addresses saved on their device

  • Accidentally enter a typo when creating an account

  • Use a different email when placing the order than the one they usually use


Because of this, the confirmation email may have been sent to a different address.



3️⃣ Check your payment confirmation

If your payment was successfully processed, your order was likely placed successfully — even if you haven’t located the confirmation email yet.



If you’re still unable to find your confirmation, please contact our support team and provide:

  • The full name used on the order

  • Country code (Order placed through kyodan.ca or kyodan.us)
