An item is missing from my order. What should I do?Updated a month ago

If an item appears to be missing...

First, check your order confirmation to confirm all items were included. Some orders may ship in separate packages.


If the item is still missing, contact our support team with:


• Your order number

• A photo of the items received

• A photo of the packing slip (if available)


We will investigate the issue and advise you on the next steps. If confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
