Shipping addresses may only be changed before an order has been processed or shipped.
If you need to request an address change, please contact our support team by email as soon as possible instead of using the AI chat assistant.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Your full updated shipping address

Messages sent outside business hours, during evenings, or on weekends will be reviewed on the next business day.
Once an order has been shipped, address changes may no longer be possible.
