Returns must be initiated within 30 days from original shipment date (the date your order was shipped from our warehouse).

Return Shipping (Canada)

For eligible Canadian returns requested within 30 days from the original shipment date, we provide one prepaid return shipping label per order.

• Only one prepaid return label is issued per order, regardless of the number of items being returned.
• If additional items from the same order are returned separately after the prepaid label has been used, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

When arranging your own return shipment, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as customers are responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.
