How does Store Credit work after a return/refund?Updated 9 days ago

If you selected Store Credit as your refund method in the Return Center, here’s how it works:

💳 15% Bonus

When choosing store credit, you will receive an additional 15% bonus on your refunded amount.

Example:

If your refund amount is $100, you will receive $115 in store credit.

📩 How You Receive It

Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email containing your store credit.

It will be issued in a format similar to a digital gift card and will include a unique code.

Store credit has no expiration date.

🛒 How to Use Store Credit

At checkout:

1. Proceed to payment

2. Enter your store credit code in the discount code / gift card field

3. Apply the code to your order

The credit will automatically deduct from your order total.

Important Notes

• Store credit cannot be converted back to the original payment method once issued.

• Store credit issued through the Return Center is different from manual store credit issued by customer support.
