I bought my item at discount retailers. Can you help with a damaged item?Updated 20 days ago

If your item was purchased directly from our official website, our team can assist according to our online return policy and may offer a replacement or store credit depending on the situation.

However, if the item was purchased from a wholesale retailer such as Winners, Sierra, or TK/TJ Maxx, the transaction was processed through their system, not ours.

Because we do not have access to in-store purchase records, we are unable to process refunds, exchanges, or credits for those purchases. Please contact the retailer where the item was purchased for assistance.
