Can I apply a promo code after placing my order?

Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to manually apply a promo or discount code retroactively.

Promo codes must be entered at checkout before completing your purchase. After the order is confirmed, the discount cannot be added or adjusted.

I forgot to use my Welcome promo code. What can I do?

If you forgot to apply your Welcome promo code — or received the code after placing your order — don’t worry.

Our Welcome promo code is valid for one-time use per customer, but it is not limited to your first order only. You may use it on a future purchase, as long as the code is still valid and meets the promotion’s conditions.

We recommend saving the code and applying it at checkout on your next order.
