I received the wrong item. What should I do?Updated 16 days ago

If you received a different item than what you ordered, please do not start a return through the Return Center yet.


Instead, contact our support team first so we can review the issue properly.


Please include:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the item you received

• A photo of the product tag showing the SKU and size


This helps us quickly identify what happened.


Once we review your case, we will let you know the next steps. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or a refund. In some cases, you may not need to return the incorrect item.
