If your item arrived damaged or defective, please do not start a return through the Return Center.

Please include:

• Clear photos showing the damaged area

• A photo of the product tag (if available)


Once reviewed, we will advise you on the next steps. Depending on the case, we may offer a replacement or a refund. In certain situations, returning the item may not be required.
