My package was marked as delivered, but I didn’t receive itUpdated a month ago

If your tracking shows Delivered but you cannot locate your package, please follow these steps before contacting us:


Step 1: Check around your property


• Look around your door, mailbox, garage, or building lobby

• Check with household members

• Ask neighbors in case it was delivered nearby



Step 2: Wait 24 hours


Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered before the final drop-off. Packages may arrive within 24 hours.



Step 3: Contact the carrier


We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to open a trace or delivery investigation.


If you still cannot locate your package after completing these steps, please contact our support team and include:

• Confirmation that you have checked the above

• A clear photo of your front door

• Any relevant details from the carrier
