We understand it can be confusing to see a refund amount that differs from the original product price shown on our website.

If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we may issue a refund for that item.

• A sitewide sale (for example, 40% off)

• An automatic discount

The discount is proportionally applied to each item. Your refund reflects the discounted price paid at checkout.

All refunds are calculated automatically based on the final transaction amount.
