Return Condition Policy – Item Condition & DeductionsUpdated 23 days ago

At Kyodan, we are committed to offering a fair and transparent return process for all customers.

To be eligible for a full refund, all returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn

  • Items must be unwashed

  • Items must be in original condition

  • All original tags must be attached

  • No signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, or alterations



Items Returned in Unsellable Condition

If a returned item shows signs of:

  • Visible wear

  • Missing tags

  • Damage

  • Stains, makeup marks, deodorant marks

  • Odors (perfume, smoke, etc.)

  • Alterations

  • Any other condition that prevents it from being resold as new


We reserve the right to apply a partial refund based on the condition of the item.

The deduction amount will depend on the level of damage or wear and reflects the reduced resale value of the product.



Exception Returns

In some cases, we may approve a return as a one-time exception.

However, even in these cases:

  • Items must still be returned in new and resellable condition

  • All return condition requirements remain applicable


If an item approved as an exception is returned worn, damaged, or without tags, a deduction may still apply.
