Where We Ship

We currently ship from kyodan.ca to:

Canada, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.

We do not ship to the United States from kyodan.ca.

Orders placed on kyodan.ca cannot be redirected or transferred to the U.S. store after checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Time (After Shipment)

Standard Shipping (Canada): 2–10 business days

Remote areas may require additional time.

Shipping times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

International: transit times vary by destination and customs. Any customs inspection may add time.

We primarily ship with FedEx; for some Canadian addresses we may use Canada Post. Carrier/service level is at our discretion.

Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: $12.95 CAD

Free Standard Shipping:

Orders over $100 CAD qualify for free standard shipping

(before taxes and after discounts).

Remote-area surcharges or oversized/heavy items may incur additional fees.

Free Shipping Adjustment for Returns

If your original order qualified for free shipping and a return reduces your remaining order total below $100 CAD, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

🌍 International

Standard Shipping: $40 CAD

Reduced Rate Shipping (Orders over $250 CAD): $25 CAD

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Remote-area surcharges or oversized/heavy items may incur additional fees.

Duties & Taxes (DDU)

All international orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) basis.

• This means import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.
• These charges are determined by your local customs authority.
• If duties or taxes are refused and the shipment is returned to us, original shipping charges and any return fees may be deducted from your refund.

Delivery Responsibility

Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery is handled by the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:
