Before starting your return, please review the following:

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• New (unworn, unwashed, unaltered)

• With original tags attached

Final Sale items are not eligible for return.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

If returned items show signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration, we reserve the right to refuse the return or deduct an appropriate amount from the refund to reflect the item’s reduced value.

Important: Free Shipping Threshold Adjustment

If your original order qualified for free shipping (for example, orders over $100 CAD) and a return brings your remaining order total below the free-shipping threshold, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Promotions & Free Shipping Eligibility

If a promotional offer (including Gift With Purchase) was applied to your order and you later return items so the order no longer qualifies for that promotion, adjustments may apply.

This may include:

• Deducting the retail value of any unreturned promotional gift

• Reversing free-shipping eligibility and deducting the applicable shipping cost from your refund

Promotions are applied based on your final order value after returns.
