Refund Processing Timeline

Once your return package arrives at our warehouse, please allow 2–3 business days for inspection and processing.

After your return is approved, your refund will be issued based on the refund method selected in the Return Center (original payment method or store credit).

After the Refund Is Issued

• Refunds to the original payment method may take 3–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Store credit is issued immediately once your return has been processed.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been completed.

Important

Processing time begins after your return has been delivered to our warehouse — not when the return label is created or the package is in transit.

During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.
