"Why I didn't receive full amount that I paid for?"
Once your return has been received and processed, you will be notified via email when the refund has been issued.
If your original order qualified for free shipping (orders over $100 CAD), but your return reduced the remaining order total below $100 CAD, the original shipping cost ($12.95 CAD) may be deducted from your refund.
*Free shipping eligibility is based on your final order value after returns.
Example
If your original order was $120 CAD and qualified for free shipping:
You return $40 CAD worth of items →
Your remaining order value becomes $80 CAD →
The order no longer qualifies for free shipping →
$12.95 shipping is deducted from your refund.
Refund calculation:
$40.00 (returned items)
− $12.95 (reinstated shipping fee)
= $27.05 CAD refund
Buy 2 Get 1 Free
If you return items from a Buy 2 Get 1 Free order, the promotional free item must also be returned.
If the free item is not returned, your refund will be adjusted, as the promotion no longer applies.
Gift With Purchase (GWP)
When a Gift With Purchase promotion is active, one gift is offered per qualifying order that meets the stated threshold before taxes, shipping, and fees.
Gifts cannot be returned or exchanged on their own.
If a return reduces your order below the qualifying threshold, you must return the gift. If the gift is not returned, we may deduct its retail value from your refund.
For past Gift With Purchase events, terms apply only to orders placed during the stated promotion period.
