Why isn’t my promo code working?

Some promo codes cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

If your code isn’t working, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

• The items in your cart are already discounted

• The promotion does not apply to sale items

• Another automatic promotion is already applied at checkout

• The code has expired

• The minimum purchase requirement has not been met

Discount eligibility is determined automatically at checkout and cannot be adjusted manually.
