Why was I refunded less for my out-of-stock item?Updated 18 days ago
Refunds for out-of-stock items are based on the amount originally paid for the item after discounts or promotions were applied.
Although the product page may display the regular item price, the refund reflects the discounted amount actually paid at checkout.
If a promotion or discount was applied to the order, the refund amount may be lower than the current listed product price online.
If your order included:
A promo code
A sitewide sale (for example, 40% off)
An automatic discount
The discount is proportionally applied to each item. Your refund reflects the discounted price paid at checkout.
All refunds are calculated automatically based on the final transaction amount.
